“We were given Ronan's phone number by a friend and from the very first contact we were confident he understood what we were looking for. We found him to be a very upfront and honest guy, who explained all aspects about buying a property in Spain. He always responded quickly to any messages and we never felt under pressure to buy. We don't live in Spain and he sent information about properties we might like and we also sent him details of some we found on line. He viewed properties on our behalf, sending extra photos and doing a video call while in the property. We decided to visit and view properties and Ronan collected us from the airport. He had an appointment set up with a solicitor to have all the legal work ready for when we bought. We viewed properties and Ronan drove us around the area showing us the amenities, which helped with our decision. We did decide to make an offer and Ronan negotiated on our behalf with the agent.
The solicitor he referred us to was very professional and the sale closed with no problems. Ronan acted on our behalf on the closing day, collected the keys and checked the apartment to ensure everything was in order. He actually delivered the keys to us in Ireland.

When we became ready to purchase a property in Costa Del Sol we had no hesitation asking Ronan to be our Property Agent. What an excellent choice it turned out to be .
